Expression And Significance Of Matrix Metalloproteinase 7 And Its Tissue In Hibitor In Human Endometrial Carcinoma

ObjectiveTo study the express of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) -7 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase (TIMP) -2 protein in human endometrial carcinoma ,the relationships between this express and endometrial carcinoma ,the positive express of the MMP - 7 , TIMP - 2 and endometrial carcinoma, the MMP - 7, TIMP - 2 and the clinical pathological characteristics of endometrial carcinoma were studied.MethodsThe S - P Immunocytochemistry was used to measure the MMP - 7, TIMP - 2 in endometrial carcinoma tissue of 40 patients, the non - typical proliferation in endometrium of 12 samples and the normal endometrium during the period of proliferation of 12 samples. The competitive research to the results of these three groups was proceeded.ResultsThe MMP - 7, TIMP - 2 proteins mainly expressed in endometrial carcinoma cells. The positive express proportions of MMP - 7 in endometrial carcinoma , non - typical proliferation in endometrium and normal endometrium were respectively 92. 5% ,91. 3% and 25. 0% . The positive express proportions of MMP - 7 in the endometrial carcinoma and non - typical proliferation in endo-metrium showed much differently as that in the normal endometrium(P(0.05) , which did not show differently between that in the endometrial carcinoma and non - typical proliferation in endometrium( P(0. 05 ). The positive express proportions of TIMP - 2 in the endometrial carcinoma , the non - typical proliferation in endometrium of and the normal endometrium were respectively 82. 5% , 75.0% and 41.6% , which showed much differently as that in the group of endometrial carcinoma and in the normal control group(P(0.05) and did not show much differently as that in the non - typical proliferation in endometrium and the normal endometrium( P(0.05 ) and did not show much differently in the group of endometrial carcinoma and in the group of the non - typical proliferation in endometrium ( P(0.05 ) . The area percentage of positive cells ( x s) of MMP -7 in four clinical grades ( I , II , III, IV ) of endometrial carcinoma were respectively 14.11(0. 3146. 01(0.2245. 87(0.4246.21(0.12, which did not show differently in these four grades endometrial carcinoma.
