Objective: To evaluate the relation between CHD and Hey, Hcy'related factors, plasma lipids and blood glucose. Methods: Observe the levels of plasma Hey, folic acid, VitaminB12, blood glucose and plasma lipids in 59 CHD patients. Results: (1) The concentration of plasma Hey is (14.48 3.72)umol/L in CHD patients, which is higher than the control groups. The concentration of plasma Hey in AMI patients is the highest. (2) There is no difference of the level of plasma folic acid and VitaminB12 between the CHD group and the control group. (3) The concentration of plasma Hey is not related to blood glucose and plasma lipids. Conclusion : Hyperhomocysteinmia is a new independent risk factor of CHD.
