ObjectiveThe objective of this thesis is to explore the relationship between the coronary heart disease (CHD) and the biochemical indexes, such as the non-high-density lipoprotein (non-HDL), of CHD patients, as well as to make a correlation analysis of those indexes and the severity of coronary lesion. We aim to provide reference and theoretical basis for the early prevention and therapy of CHD.Methods186 CHD patients diagnosed by coronary angiography from January through December in 2014 at the People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou are selected. Most importantly, patients in the observation group did not take any lipid-lowering drugs during the past month before admission and at the same time, all of them have complete medical records. As a contrast, 50 patients with coronary angiography negative are selected to form the control group. Then, the patients’clinic data and serum lipid levels are collected, the non-HDL is calculated, and difference analysis between the two groups is made. According to the results of coronary angiography, the CHD patients in the group are divided into 3 sub-groups, indexed by 1,2, and 3, respectively. Afterwards, randomly designed data variance analysis is utilized to compare the serum lipid levels and non-HDL, and to analyze the correlation among the 3 sub-groups. Based on the Gensini integral of the severity of coronary lesion, three other groups which are labeled as group with integral...
