Objective:To discuss the mechanism of candesartan's myocardial protection during I/R. Methods: We use the model of Langendorff islated working heart, to simulate the Ischemia/Reperfution of heart, we observe the index of AOP, LVP, CO, HR, LVdp/dt max and CK, LDH, GOT, CKMB about four groups (A:100nmol/L, B:10nmol/L, C:lnmol/L, D: 0 nmol/L) of candesartan, at the same time, we observe cardiac musle's cytoarchitectural of light microscope and the condition of arrhythmia of four groups. Results: The groups of A, B, C show that cantesatan can decrease the incidence rate of arrhythmia during I/R , but there inexistence dose dependent. The protection of group A is much more better than group D, regardless of haemodynamics or myocardial enzymology and his tomorphology. group A is better than the other two groups, displaying dose dependent. Conclusion: Candesartan can improve the index of haemodynamics and myocardial enzymology, displaying dose dependent, it shows that candesartan can protect the myocardium during I/R.
