The model rats were treats with Xiao-yao pill and Gong-liu-qing capsule, then measured the serum estrin and progestin and NOS of hysteromyoma in the control group, model group and testing group.The result was Xiao-yao pill could depress the function of estrin ,progestin and NOS . This effect may be the mechanism of depressing hysteromyoma with Xiao-yao pill.
