A Clinical Study On The Therapeutic Effects Of Yi Qi Xiao Liu Particle On Hysteromyoma (The Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Qi And Blood Stasis)

Objectives:To explore the therapeutic effects of Yi Qi Xiao Liu particle and its action mechanism on Hysteromyoma(The Syndrome of deficiency of Qi and blood stasis).Methods:The 80 patiens and 40 healthy people were from the second affiliated hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, treating group (40 cases) treated by YiQi XiaoLiu capsule, and controlling group (40 cases) treated by GongLiuNing capsule. The two groups were both gived 2 Courses of treatment (3 months equals one course)40 healthy people were treated as healthy control group. Blood, Urine, and defecate routine examination, ECG, Liver and kidney function, E2, P, PRL, IL-2, NK cell activity, Lipids, haemorheology were detected in each group before and after treatment. What's more, safety evaluation analysis was taken after treatment. The results were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistics software.Results:The comprehensive effect of the treating group was better than the controlling group. Compared with the controlling group, there Hb, IL-2, NK cell activity, HCT increased and Lipids, PRL and other indicators of haemorheology decreased, the treating group was better than the controlling group in each above results. Treatment showed no significant difference in E2, PRL Comprehensive effect of YiQiXiaoLiu particle and progression positively correlated correlation analysis, it shows that the longer the duration, the healing is poorer.There were no significant difference between before and after treatment in Blood, Urine, and defecate routine examination, ECG, Liver and kidney function. During the Clinical observation, individual patients felt mild discomfort with WeiWan department after taking the capsule, all did not feel other adverse reactions. During the follow-up visit, we found that relapse rate is significant lower than the control group, shows that it has better long-term outcome. It proves that YiQiXiaoLiu particle was safe, effective and reliable.Conclusions:This study suggests that YiQiXiaoLiu particle is a effective kind of traditional Chinese medicine treating hysteromyoma of Syndrome of deficiency of Qi and blood stasis with high obvious effective rate, and that the method can improve the symptoms of TCM. The action mechanism may be related with increasing Hb, IL-2, NK cell activity, decreasing Lipids and PRL, adjusting the disorder of fat metabolism and immune system, improving hemorheology indices. And maybe reducing the affinity of E,P and E-R,P-R constributed as well. What's more, the method is safe and effective, is worth spreading.
