Purpose: 1.Using the method of"estrogen plus progestogen" to make the analogical rats ofhysteromyoma, we want to know the effect of Xiao Liu Granule to the pathologicalcondition, the blood condition and the content of progestin receptor and insulin-like growthfactor-1 of the analogical rats. 2. According to the clinical observation, we want to knowthe effect of Xiao Liu Granule to the size of hysteromyoma and the clinical presentations.Method: 1.Using the method of"estrogen plus progestogen" to make the analogical rats ofhysteromyoma, we inspect the change of the pathological condition, the blood conditionand the content of progestin receptor and insulin-like growth factor-1 in the tissue ofhysteromyoma. 2. We use the ultrasound B to get the size of hysteromyoma and collect theTCM clinical presentation score to know the change of patients.Result: 1.The method of "estrogen plus progestogen" can make the analogical rats ofhysteromyoma indeed, and the pathological change has a statistic meaning (P＜0.001); 2.The Xiao Liu Granule can significantly improve the pathological condition of theanalogical rats and it has a statistic meaning (P＜0.05); 3. The Xiao Liu Granule cansignificantly improve the blood condition and it has a statistic meaning (P＜0.05); 4. TheXiao Liu Granule can significantly reduce the content of progestin receptor and insulin-likegrowth factor-1 and it has a statistic meaning (P＜0.05); 5. The Xiao Liu Granule cansignificantly change the size of hysteromyoma under the ultrasound B and it has a statisticmeaning after treatment (P＜0.01); 6. The Xiao Liu Granule can significantly reduce theTCM clinical presentation score and it has a statistic meaning after treatment (P＜0.001); 7.The Xiao Liu Granule can significantly improve the grade of the disease and it has astatistic meaning after treatment (P＜0.01); 8. The total clinical effect of Xiao Liu Granule is77.1％, the effect of TCM clinical presentation is 74.3％and the effect of hysteromyoma is14.3％.Conclusion: The method of "estrogen plus progestogen" can make the analogical rats ofhysteromyoma indeed. Xiao Liu Granule can improve the pathological condition, the bloodcondition and the content of progestin receptor and insulin-like growth factor-1, by theclinical, Xiao Liu Granule can significantly improve the presentation of patients and releasethe suffer of them; and it can significantly delay the growth of hysteromyoma. So the TCMmedicine is a good method to treat the hysteromyoma for the middle-aged women. In a word, the empirical study and clinical research of Xiao Liu Granule of treatingthe hysteromyoma has indicated that Chinese medicine has a prospective future to treat thedisease. It has a definite effect and has a high performance and low expenditure so it can beeasily accepted by patients. So it deserves more exploitation and clinical generalization.
