| The primary hepatocellular carcinoma is a common digestive systerm malignant tumor, the morbidity of which is high, at the same time its treatment effect is not so good. It is one of the common malignant tumor that serierously affect people's health. Up till now the primary treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma is surgical-ectomy. But as for its pathological fitures, in the early period, the symptom is usually atipical, it usually develops to the late period when patients attend hospitals, or with liver sclerosis, these makes the patients who are suit for surgical treatment take a fraction of 10%-40% of all who suffered from hepatocellular carcinoma, or the tumor can not be completely excised during surgery or a recurrence after surgery. It's a common understanding for scholars to improve the treatment effect of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, to prolong their lives and to improve their living qualities. The interventional therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma is considered as the most important method to cure advanced hepatocellular carcinoma that was unexciseable, it has achieved noticable progress in inhibiting the growth of tumor and raiseing the surrival rate, but because of the decline of immunity and function of the liver, insensitivity of the tumor cells to chemotherapy drugs tolerance to drugs and the forming of branch circulations of tumor after surgery make the general effect not so good. The study of tumor-hyperthermiology on hepatocellular carcinoma therapy has improved greatly, it is another important method to treat tumors step after surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and biological therapy, It has been proved by clinical and experimented researches that a combination of hyperthermia and interventional therapy not only has a cytotoxic effect of hyperthermia but also increase the sensitivity of chemotherapy, it could increase clinical easing rate, prolong survival period of patients, decrease metastasis and recurrence, and has already achieved approval effects. At present, there are many methods such as the combination of system hyperthermia and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, heated pourod transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, the combination of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization with microware cagulalion therapy, laser therapy or high-intensity focused ultrasound in clinic. At this experiment, we used the combination of hyperthermia and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization with NRL-001 endogenetic field tumor hyperthermia apparatus to cure 20 cases of primary moderate and advanced stages of hepatocellular carcinoma, comparing with 20 cases of primary moderate and advanced stages of hepatocellular carcinoma which were cured with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization only. From observing the chinical effect with the former method and appraising its advantage and disadvantage, we can fight for applying it in clinic better and make it become the important method of comprehensive therapy to moderate and advanced stages of hepatocellular carcinoma . NRL-001 endogenetic field tumor hyperthermia apparatus, produced by MaiDa Science and Technology Developmant limited company of JiLin Pvovincs with the frequency of 40.66 MHz and 40.70MHz, the diameter of electrode board about 15 centimeter,20 centimeter and 25 centimeter. Its output power is 1500 Watt and the maximal output power is 2000 Watt when it is used with the working time of 60-90 minutes once time. Its therm-detection system consists of high obstruction line transducer and computer with a accuracy of±0.1℃.Homemade entogenetic field tumor hyperthermia apparatus takes advantage of the two different frequency and location of high frequency source intersectional effect to the body by producing entogenetic field then the heat to make the temperature of the center of the tumor at deep intersection higher than the epidermis was.
