In order to study the clinic value of bloodα1-micro-proteins (α1-MG),β2-micro-proteins (β2-MG) and uric acid assaying in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndromes (PIH), discuss the association of the above 3 indexes with the severity of PIH and the status of fetus intrauterine alimentation, learn the changes of α1-MG,β2-MG and uric acid in the genesis and development of PIH, direct clinic doctors choosing a better method to diagnose and treat renal damage and depress placental function earlier, decrease the incidence of renal failure and mortality of fetal outcome. The cases selection : 46patients with PIH, all were inpatients of Changchun Obstetrical and Gynecological Hospital form October 2002 to October 2003 were collected and divided into 3 groups in according to the criteria of diagnose and classification for PIH in the fifth edition "Obstetrics and Gynecology". 10 cases were mild, the gestational period was 36.1±2.6 weeks, the age was 26.4±5.8 years old; 18 cases were moderate, the gestational period was 35.6±3.2 weeks, the age was 27.3±6.5 years old; 18 cases were severe, the gestational period was 35.2±4.1 weeks, the age was 26.8±5.5 years old. There was no significant difference in gestational period and age. 20 normal gravida, the gestational period was 38.4±2weeks, the age was 26.6±5.4 years old, without complication of pregnancy were recruited as control. All patients have no primary liver and kidney disease, no history of diabetes mellitus, rheumatism and tumors and have not used any drugs that can affect renal function. Methods: Collected fasting venous blood 6 ml in the morning, centrifugated it at 3000rpm for 5min, then reserved them in -20℃. Using radioimmunoassay to determine α1-Mg and β2-MG, the reagent box was purchased form State Isotopes Project Research Center. Using endpoint to determine serum uric acid, the reagent box was purchased form American DADE Company.Statistics analysis: Using t test,F test, regression analysis and correlation analysis. Results: Comparing with normal gravida group, the blood α1-MG improved statistically in mild PIH group (p<0.05) and significantly in moderate group (p<0.01). The bloodβ2-MG and uric acid level: there was no significant difference between normal gravida group and mild PIH group (P>0.05), while had significant difference between moderate and severe PIH group (P<0.05, P<0.01). The results indicate thatα1-MG is superior toβ2-MG and uric acid in finding the change of glomerular filtrating function. Simple correlation analysis indicate that α1-MG,β2-MG and uric acid have positive correlation with blood pressure and the correlation coefficients are 0.659, 0.656, 0.560 respectively, all have linear correlation with blood pressure, so the higher the blood pressure increase, the moreα1-MG,β2-MG and uric acid level will be in PIH patients. We can believe that all the 3 indexes have good correlation with severity of PIH. α1-MG,β2-MG and uric acid all have negative correlation with newborn weight and the uric acid correlation coefficient is -0.685(P<0.001), α1-MG is -0.496(P<0.05), β2-MG is -0.397(P<0.05). respectively, while uric acid has linear correlation with newborn weight, the equation is ?=4298.57-5.603x, all have statistical value. That is to say that the higher the α1-MG and uric acid are, the lower the newborn weight will be. uric acid is superior to α1-MG and β2-MG in analyzing fetus intrauterine alimentation. α1-MG,β2-MG and uric acid have negative correlation with Apgar score and the correlation coefficients are –0.347(P<0.05),-0.319(P<0.05),-0.719(P<0.001). Conclusion : (1) Blood α1-MG have significantly between the mild PIH patients team and the normal pregnant women team(P<0.05), which indicate that α1-MG has early diagnostic value in prognosising mild PIH . (2) Blood β2-MG and uric acid have significantly between the moderate PIH patients team and the normal pregnant women team(P<0.05), which indicate that the both indicators have...
