PART ONE Study on the correlation of serum vitamin A and E in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertensionObjective:To study the correlation of serum vitamin A and E in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,100 pregnant women with gestational hypertension who were treated in our hospital and 100 healthy pregnant women who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as study group and control group respectively. The concentrations of vitamin A and vitamin E in serum were determined by HPLC,and the data were analyzed retrospectively.Results:(1)Single factor analysis:compared with the control group, the serum vitamin A and E levels in the study group were significantly lower, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the prenatal BMI,age and increase BMI in the study group were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the pregnancy and birth times in the study group were not significantly different Statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)Logistic regression analysis:through the logistic regression analysis of single factor with statistical significance,it is found that age,BMI before delivery,BMI increase, vitamin A and E in serum are all independent risk factors of pregnancy induced hypertension.(3)Analysis of maternal and infant outcome:the preterm birth rate, induced labor/stillbirth rate and neonatal asphyxia rate of the study group were slightly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,30 patients(30%)suffered from bleeding after middle-class and 15 patients(15%)suffered from bleeding after middle-class in the control group, and the amount of bleeding in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the Apgar score of newborns in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum vitamin A and vitamin E in pregnancy are independent risk factors of pregnancy induced hypertension. They are related to the pathogenesis of pregnancy induced hypertension. Therefore,we should pay attention to the detection of vitamin A and vitamin E in pregnancy,so as to guide the scientific and reasonable supplement of pregnancy induced hypertension. However, due to the small number of samples taken in this study, the results are not representative,so it needs to be further confirmed.PART TWO Study on the correlation of serum folic acid in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertensionObjective:To study the correlation of serum folic acid in patients with gestational hypertension during pregnancy. Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,100 pregnant women with gestational hypertension who were treated in our hospital and 100 healthy pregnant women who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as study group and control group respectively. The serum folate and homocysteine levels of the two groups were measured and analyzed statistically. Results:The folate level of the study group was(12.92±.35)nmol/L,significantly lower than that of the control group(24.15±2.98)nmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the homocysteine level was(17.48±9.86)mol/L,significantly higher than that of the control group(11.50±7.48)mol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a close correlation between the level of serum folate and pregnancy hypertension. The detection of serum folate level can help the prevention and diagnosis of pregnancy hypertension.PART THREE Study on the correlation between serum lipid and uric acid in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertensionObjective:To study the correlation between serum lipid and uric acid in patients with gestational hypertension during pregnancy. Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,100 pregnant women with gestational hypertension who were treated in our hospital and 100 healthy pregnant women who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as study group and control group respectively. The serum lipid and uric acid levels of the two groups were measured, and the serum lipid and uric acid levels were compared, and statistical analysis was carried out. Results:The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and UA in the study group were(6.94±1.34)mmol/L,(2.89±1.01)mmol/L,(4.57±1.26)mmol/L,(263.02±68.20)mmol/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(6.05±2.07)mmol/L,(2.38±0.85)mmol/L,(3.74±1.95)mmol/L,(202.95±62.18)nunol/L(P<0.05);The level of HDL-C was(0.81±0.10)mmol/L in the study group and(0.90±0.55)mmol/L in the control group, with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is a close relationship between serum lipid and uric acid level in pregnancy and pregnancy induced hypertension. Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the changes of serum lipid and uric acid level in pregnancy in order to effectively prevent and control the harm of pregnancy induced hypertension.
