| Objective: To investigate the distribution pattern of essential hypertension and blood lipid level, blood uric acid level and carotid plaque. To provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of hypertension with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Method: select from April 2020 to June 2021,Hubei province hospital of cardiovascular department outpatient clinic of 126 patients with essential hypertension, according to the clinical symptoms such as headache, dizziness, palpitation, tinnitus, insomnia, irritability, waist soreness and leg weakness,as well as the tongue and pulse conditions of these patients, the syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine were carried out.collect patients’ age, gender, hypertension grade, hypertension course,BMI,lipid levels, blood uric acid level, carotid artery colour to exceed results and other related data, systematic statistical analysis of the data.Results:1.Distribution of four TCM certificates in 126 patients: among 126 hypertensive patients,56(44.44%),40(31.75%),20(15.87%)and10(7.93%).2.Comparison of total cholesterol levels(TC)between the four TCM syndrome types: The total cholesterol levels(TC)of sputum and dampness obstruction syndrome were higher and statistically significant than the other three syndrome types(P<0.05).Comparison of total cholesterol levels(TC)between the other three evidence types was not significant(P> 0.05).3.Comparison of triglyceride levels(TG)between the four TCM syndrome types: triglyceride levels(TG)with sputum and wet obstruction were higher and statistically significant than the other three(P <0.05).No significant difference of triglyceride levels(TG)between the other three syndrome types(P> 0.05).4.Comparison of low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels(L-DLC)between the four TCM syndrome types: low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels(L-DLC)with sputum and dampness obstruction were higher and statistically significant than the other three syndrome types(P <0.05).No significant difference in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels(L-DLC)was between the other three syndrome types(P> 0.05).5.Comparison of HDL cholesterol levels(H-DLC)between the four TCM types: no significant difference between the four TCM types(P>0.05).6.Comparison of uric acid level(UA)between the four TCM types:none of the four TCM types was significant(P> 0.05).7.Comparison of the carotid plaque positive rate between the four TCM certificates: from high to low: sputum and dampness obstruction syndrome(75%)>hepatic hyperactivity syndrome(25%)> Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome(10%),and Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome(10%).Conclusion: The distribution of the four types of TCM syndrome from more to less, liver,Yin,Yin and Yang, the statistical difference(P <0.05),the carotid plaque positive rate is higher than the other three types, the difference in blood uric acid level between the four TCM syndrome has no statistical significance(P> 0.05). |
