Study Of Drug Eluting Stent And Angioplasty For The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease In-stent Restenosis

Objective To compare the effect of drug eluting stent and angioplasty for the treatment of coronary heart disease in-stent restenosis.Methods We chose 49 cases with recurrent angina,recurrent myocardial infarction or those who had regular reexamination.It was confirmed that they had stent restenosis by coronary angiography.The revascularization of coronary arteries were successfully performed by percutaneous coronary intervention.Regular follow up was taken,1 months,3 months,6months,12 months,and 18 months after treatment.According to treatment strategies,the patients were divided into PTCA group(21 cases)and DES group(28 cases).We have studied retrospectively the clinical symptoms,imaging data and other follow-up results of all patients in two groups.All data were processed by statistical software SPSS17.0.We have analyzed the count data by ?2 test.According to the test conditions,the different formulas or Fisher exact probability method were used.Comparison of measurement data was performed by t test.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results After interventional therapy of patients in two groups,the effect was not statistically significant.The index of effects consisted of pre dilated pressure,pre dilated number of times,post-dilation pressure,residual vascular stenosis,the distal vascular reference diameter and so on.We followed up all the cases and it consisted of the recurrence rate of angina pectoris,coronary angiography,and so on.The difference of restenosis between two groups was not statistically significate according to the rate of angina recurrence and coronary angiogram.Conclusion:There were no significant differences in the effect of drug eluting stent or angioplasty for treating ISR.
