Objective To study the main allergens that can induce allergic diseases in Zhuhai area; Compare the efficacy and safety of immunotherapy for treatment of chronic urticaria, allergic rhinitis and allergic bronchitic asthma; Compare the efficacy and safety of immunotherapy and routine medicine therapy for chronic urticaria.Method The trial was carried in the 5th Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University in Zhuhai from December in 2002 to March in 2004 and through the allergen skin test in the cases of allergic diseases, survey of the plant, analysis of the data;Through the collection of the cases of chronic urticaria ,allergic rhinitis and allergic bronchitic asthma , skin test and immunotherapy ; Through the collection of the cases of chronic urticaria , skin test, immunotherapy and routine therapy espectably.Result1 .Survey of allergy:1)The main allergens in Zhuhai are dustmite64.29%, housedust50.65%, amaranth50.22%,spring pollen45.24%,mould42.21 %, shrimp44.59%, crab38.96% ,ananas22.51%, mushroom20.99%,etc.2) The percentage of Taiwan Xiangshi in the total plant area in Zhuhai is 14.86% and is the most.3)The probability of spring pollen and mould of allergic bronchitic asthma in Zhuhai is higher than that of Guangzhou ,and shows statistic difference, ( x 2=18.15, P<0.001) and ( x 2=11.33, P=0.001) espectably. 2. Efficacy of immunotherapy;l)The efficacy of immunotherapy for the three allergic diseases ischronic urticaria 91.35%, allergic rhinitis77.50%, allergic bronchiticasthma 86.54%, and the efficacy of the three groups shows statisticdifference(x2=10.80, P=0.005). 2)The x2 of R*C shows that efficacy of chronic urticaria combingallergic bronchitic asthma and then compared with allergic rhinitisshows statistic difference( x 2=10.06, P=0.002). 3)Local reaction of chronic urticaria, allergic rhimtis and allergicbronchitic asthma is 6.17%,5.0% and 5.77% espectably. 4) Systemic reaction of chronic urticaria, allergic rhinitis and allergicbronchitic asthma is 1.85%, 3.33% and 3.85% espectably. 5)Fever of chronic urticaria, allergic rhinitis and allergic bronchiticasthma is 1.23%, 0.83% and 1.92% espectably. 6)No drowiness and dry mouth. 7) No change of Blood routine, GPT And BUN. 3. Efficacy of immunotherapy and routine therapy:1) The efficacy of immunotherapy for chronic urticaria is 91.35%, the efficacy of routine therapy is 71.43%, and shows statistic difference( x 2=20.31, P<0.001).2) Local reaction , systemic reaction and fever of immunotherapy forchronic urticaria is 6.17%, 1.85% and 1.23% espectably.3) Drowiness and dry mouth of routine therapy for chronic urticaria is 20.71% and 15.71% espectably.4) No change of Blood routine, GPT And BUN. ConclusionThe main allergens in Zhuhai are dustmite,house dust, amaranth, spring pollen,mould,shrimp,crab, ananas, mushroom,etc; Taiwan Xiangshi and Amaranth are main allergic pollens in Zhuhai; The probability of springpollen and mould of allergic bronchitic asthma in Zhuhai is sigmficantlyhigher than that of Guangzhou.The efficacy of immunotherapy for the three allergic diseases shows statistic difference; The x 2 of R*C shows that the efficacy of chronic urticaria combing allergic bronchitic asthma is significantly higher than that of allergic rhinitis; The adverse reactions are few local and systemic reaction.The efficacy of immunotherapy for chronic urticaria is significantly higher than that of routine therapy; The adverse reactions of immunotherapy for chronic urticaria are few local and systemic reaction; The adverse reactions of routine therapy are some drowiness and dry mouth.
