Clinical Research On The Effect Of Xuefuzhuyu Detoction On Treating Coronary Angina Pectoris With Syndrome Of Stagnation Of Qi And Blood Statis

Objective: To observe the effect of Xuefuzhuyu Detoction on Treating Stable Angina Pectoris with Syndrome of Stagnation Of Qi and Blood Statis.Method:40 patients up to testing standard were divide into two groups randomly. The treating group were treated by Xuefuzhuyu Detoction while the control group were treating by Fufang Danshen drop-pills for 4 weeks. The result showed:1. Both Xuefuzhuyu Detoction and Fufang Danshen drop-pills can improve patients' clinical symptom effectively,and the Xuefuzhuyu Detoction had better effect than Fufang Danshen drop-pills. (p<0.01).2. Both Xuefuzhuyu Detoction and Fufang Danshen drop-pills canalleviate pain and decrease the dosage of nitroglycerin of patients with Stable Angina Pectoris. Xuefuzhuyu Detection had better effect than Fufang Danshen drop-pills on decreasing frequency and shorten duration. (p<0.05 and p<0.01).3. Both Xuefuzhuyu Detoction and Fufang Danshen drop-pills can improve electrocardiogram(ECG) of patients with Myocardial ischemia and there is no significance between them.4. Both Xuefuzhuyu Detoction and Fufang Danshen drop-pills can regulate the abnormality of blood lipid. Xuefuzhuyu Detoction had better effect than Fufang Danshen drop-pills on declining the level of TG(P<0.05).Conclusions: The clinical effect of Xuefuzhuyu Detoction on treating Stable Angina Pectoris with Syndrome of Stagnation Of Qi and Blood Statis is reliable and it is secure.
