| Objective: To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Yi Shen Granule which has the effects of zi bu gan shen yi qi yang yin by clinical observation, and the effects on Soluble Fas (sFas) Soluble Fas Ligand ( sFasL) level in patients with Lupus Nephritis (LN).Methods: 45 cases who were LN patients were divided randomly into the test group treated with Yi Shen Granule and the control group treated with Lang Chuang Granule.Both groups had been given two 8-week courses.The symptoms,signs and related laboratory indexs before and after treatment were observed ,and 20 normal controls were tested also,acting as normal compare group.Results:The total effective rate in the treated group was 85% and that in the control group was 75%,comparison betwesn the two showed significantdifference(P < 0.05 ) .The Related laboratory indexs , including auto-antibody, complement, 24 hours albumin excretion , renal functioms as well as the symptoms were all significantly improved after treatment, but the improvement in the test group was more remarkable than that in the control group ( P < 0.05 ) .Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Yi Shen Granule is better than that of Lang Chuang Granule in treating LN. |
