Study On Semen Cassiae And Semen Zizyphi Jujubae Prepared By Microwave Processing

Objective: To study the effect of microwave preparation on the production of lixivating , decoction and the active principle of Semen Cassiae and Semen Zizyphi Jujubae ; to define the best preparation technology of microwave preparation condition for Semen Cassiae and Semen Zizyphi Jujubae by orthogonal design ; compare the two preparation technology between the traditional saute and the preparation of microwave , the quality of processed drugs and to define which is better ; and to offer the experimental foundation for the application of microwave in the field of preparation of herb .Methods : The production of lixiviating of Semen Cassiae and Semen Zizyphi Jujubae were determined were determined through quenching ; their efficiency of decoction were determined by decocting ; the extract of Semen Cassiae was scaned in the whole course at 493.5nm through colorimetry ,and the contents of anthraquinone compounds of all the samples of Semen Cassiae were determined by formulating standard curve ; the contents of saponins A of all the samples of Semen Zizyphi Jujubae were determined by TLC (thin layer scan) ; and respectively to compare the production of lixiviating and decocting of all the samples of Semen Cassiae and Semen Zizyphi Jujubae and the contents of free anthraquinone and conjugated anthraquinone and the contents of saponins Aafter they are processed by different methods.Results : The production of lixiviating and decocting and the contents of the active principle of Semen Cassiae and Semen Zizyphi Jujubae were significantly higher after being processed by the preparation of sauting and microwave.The drugs processed by the best technology preparation of microwave is better than that processed by traditional saute; and the best technology preparation of microwave is better than the method of the traditional saute.The experiments indicate that the contents of anthraquinone of all the samples of Semen Cassiae determined through colorimetry has high sensitivity and special attribute; the contents of saponins A of all the samples of Semen Zizyphi Jujubae determined by TLC is simple and has high stability and high precision and high recovery.Conclusion : The process of microwave preparation and traditional saute both can make hard pip drugs be crisper and be smashed easily and make the active principle disolute easily and improve the curative effect. Compared with the traditional method that means the herbs are sauted over in iron pan,microwave preparation is simpler but can make the particles of the herb heated well-distributedly and during the course ,the heat power and temperature and time can be controlled easily, save more energy aid make less pollution.lt can improve the quality of the precessed drugs ; the best technology preparation of microwave is better than the method of traditional saute; it will push the development of the herb processing technology.
