Research On The Actuality And Constructing Project Of Laboratory Demonstration In The Big Military Synthesized Hospital

Scientific research is an indispensability part of modernization hospital. Laboratory of hospital is a mostly place of medical scientific research, and is an important base to develop high quality of medical person of ability. The most important thing is that the hospital laboratory is a necessary condition to apply scientific research task and outlay. The laboratory construction status relate directly to the hospital' s scientific research level. With reformation of medical treatment sanitation system and constant improvement of medical scientific research demanding, just because traditional laboratory management mode has not adapted to phasic requirement, we should establish new organizational system mode of laboratory at the base of the whole hospital.In this study we use the methods including literature(fill in questionnaire, locale investigation, interview survey) and interpretative structural modeling. Through investigation of thirty laboratories of the First Military Clinical Medical College of the Second Military Medical University, we carry through investigation deeply, and find that there is short of unite programming in management of hospital laboratory at present. Most laboratories construction seek small and complete, section office each does things in his own way. Research personal diathesis need to improve and lack of high research level person. So lots ofresources are wasted and the condition of science research is not enough used. The laboratory' s utilize rate and benefit is low, lots of science research outlay are not used in this hospital.Thinking about laboratory ' s construction actuality, we analyze the used efficiency of laboratory through the interpretative structural modeling. The results conclude that the most three directive factors influence the laboratory' s used efficiency. The first is that we have not united understand to the laboratory' s construction, orientation, function and development. Section offices choose their way with their own demand. Secondly , department of management lack of sanction to the section office. Section office each does things in his own way and punished mechanism has not established. Last the laboratory' s construction and development lack of necessary specialist' s consultation mechanism, soliciting ideas not abroad. We confirm the policy of laboratory development at the base of the research and practice of laboratory construction. We put forward that we should construct multiplayer, opening and superiority' s laboratory structuring system. At last we established laboratory construction optimize project and carry through argumentation and research of project. This study supply the reference and theoretic gist for this hospital and analogy to synthesized military hospital' s laboratory construction.
