Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Military Hospital External Cooperation Management

Along with the sanitation reform of our country and army, and the arrival of joint reform of medical service, medication and medical assurance, the medical market are facing unprecedented competition. The inside and outside environment of military are changing rapidly. How to face the distribution of hygienic resources, how to accommodate to the medical market which changes rapidly, and how to seek the continual development, have become important topics of the hospital.This thesis takes the military. hospital external cooperative medical treatment project management problems as the research content, uses the theory of public product exterior characteristics and the worth guidance of public policies to discuss the military benefits, the economic efficiency and the social efficiency. This thesis is focus on how to avoid the negative impacts and make the economic management of military hospital go ahead based on the analysis of exterior characteristics of external medical cooperative projects.The thesis discussed the feasibility of external medical cooperative projects and how to face the changing medical market by using system analysis, cost-benefit analysis, investigation and cases, based on the theories of exterior characteristics and public products. In order to improve the maneuverability of external medical cooperative projects, the positive and negative impacts of are studied and the project management method based on the system theory is proposed. The case of some external medical cooperative project of a PLA central hospital is analyzed systematically, the exterior effects are assessed and the applicable countermeasures are proposed in the end.
