The research of Non-invasive glucose measurement is one of the popular lessons in the Medical treatment and the sensor field. It will make a qualitative progress in the method of detecting the blood-glucose disease, and also it will have a very important and practical meaning to the treatment of it.The article gives the purpose meaning and background of Non-invasive blood glucose measurement in the research, it also discusses current researches and analysis the advantages and shortages of different methods of measurement, The future development of the non-invasive method research is also discussed. The density of glucose in the saliva of people is only 1/50~1/100 of that in the blood, which indicates that we can measure the blood glucose by one's saliva and the accuracy should be 0.01mmol/L. A novel method bases on the spectral analysis used for the measurement of the blood glucose of patients is reported in this paper. Measured by spectrophotometer and controlled data by Lagrange insert method, The advantages of this method include trace measurement, high precision, good repeatability. It is wished that this method could provide a good basis for the non-invasive blood glucose measurement technology.
