Diabetes and its complications have become a serious threat to human health andsafety worldwide disease. In the course of the treatment of diabetes, continuous glucosemonitoring to guide rational clinical use of drugs, reduce the risk of complications hasan important role. In this paper, the near-infrared diffuse reflectance detection principle,the blood glucose monitoring systems and insulin pumps combine to form a closed loopsystem.Based on microcontroller, this paper gives a design scheme of open-loop portableinsulin pump, using three1.5V batteries as a power supply, CC2530MCU as the controlcore, propelling special syringe plunger and injecting insulin into a patient’s body bydriving the stepper motor. System hardware consists of six functional modules: thecentral processing module, the stepper motor driver module, the display module, theclock module, the key control modules and the communication module.Before detection of blood sugar, the first use of invasive glucose density andnear-infrared diffuse reflection spectrum data in data modeling. Detection, using themodel, predict the blood sugar density is obtained by measured spectral data.System adopts full optical fiber structure, simple light light path system, opticalfiber probe can be convenient for measuring body parts, easy to operate. And realize thestepper motor drive and function of wireless control motor drive, can display theinjection of insulin levels of blood glucose concentration and the size of the motor.
