Non-invasive measurement study to the blood glucose is the hot field in the world, but there is no products based on tear glucose measurement for sale right now, and the related research on tear glucose measurement is also very rare around the world, this paper will focus on this filed. Based on the plenty of reports about the correlation between blood glucose and tear glucose, this paper explains the reason in the chemical mechanism why there is fluorescence change between 9-Anthracene boronic acid solution and glucose solution. Record the fluorescence photos of different concentration of 9-Anthracene boronic acid solution and glucose solution by the fluorescence microscope, use IPP 6.0 software to analyse the outcome of the record photos and to find out the correlation between fluorescence change and glucose solution concentration. On the same time, a fluorescence measurement device will be developed to measure the same samples used by the fluorescence microscope, and to find out the correlation between the two different measurement methods. This paper is going to study the date for the fluorescence measurement device used in the human body in the future. Conclusion:Quantitative measurement to tear glucose by fluorescence photo analysis by IPP6.0 is feasible.
