Objective: Set up a rat mode of nontypical HMG with liver-depression and blood-stasis to study the effects of Ru Ning Tang on angiogenesis and the mechanism of TCM treatment on nontypical HMG. Method:9,10-DIMETHYL-l,2BEN-ANTHRACENE and gird cangue on rat s neck were used to set up a model of nontypical HMG, Ru Ning Tang was used in treating groups, and pingxiaopian was used in control groups, then monitor the changes of pathomorphology and the expressions of VEGF-A,bFGF and MVD in rat breast tissues. Results: Ru Ning Tang can decrease the expressions of VEGF-A,bFGF and MVD in rat mode of nontypical HMG with liver-depression and blood-stasis.Conclusion: Ru Ning Tang can inhibit cell proliferation and reduce angiogenesis to interrupt or reverse rat nontypical HMG from cancer changed and found out the treatment mechanism of TCM herbs to rat nontypical HMG. This experiment firstly mould rat nontypical HMG that show symptom and sign of liver-depression and blood-stasis.It show us a new way to study nontypical HMG.
