| Objective: To study and explore the clinical curative effect and active mechanism of SJLSS in Treating the stoke and active mechanism of SJLSS in Treating the stroke.Methods: 1.247 Cases of ACVD patients were randomly divided into 4 groups. The treatment group (D 组) were given SJLSS while the other groups were treated medical routin and /or parts of SJCSS 2.Combine the case-control study of animal.Experiment:Result:1.SJLSS can significantly improve the clinic effects. It can be exemplified by Barthel Index and CT value. The total effective rate of SJCSS group is 98%.better than then other groups (P<0.05).and it is proved to be protect the neuron.2.The experiment revealed can protect blood brain barrier (BBB). Diminishing the brain edema after stroke to protect the brain tissue, conclusion SJLSS can impede the edema after stroke from various target points, protect neurons' function, implore, the patients' function, implore, the patients' testament, rehabilitation and preventing next stroke. |
