Objective: To investigate the effect of the pulmonary edema after seawater drowning on brain edema and the permeability of blood-brain barrier after brain injury in rats.Methods: Establish a animal model of moderate brain trauma with pulmonary edema after seawater drowning in rat: Adopt lateral fluid percussion model for traumatic brain injury, injecting seawater 4 ml/kg intratracheally after brain injury for pulmonary edema.
