Comparison Of The Efficacy Of Polysaccharide Part And Lost Polysaccharide Part Isolated From YANGWEIHEJI

Objective: Polysaccharide part and lost polysaccharide part were isolated fromcomplex prescriptions of "YANGWEIHEJI" (YW). The study is to observe the efficacy of the two components of YW which can supply the basements for designing the arts and crafts production, electing the form, illuminating the scientificalness and rationality of the mixture and making preparation for new drug exploiture.Methods: The S180-bearing mice model was adopted to compare the effects ofdifferent ingredients of YW on anti-tumor and decreasing the toxicity of chemotherapeutant ; The immunosuppressed mice model was established by intraperitoneal injection of CTX to contrast the effects of different ingredients of YW on immunologic functions.Results: The CTX group and any other treated with YW groups had significantrestraining effects on S180 sarcoma weight, the inhibitory rate on tumor growth of CTX group is 77.46% , other treated with YW groups inhibitory rate showed higher than CTX group; About general condition , the groups with YW had less depilation phenomena and better activity than the CTX group; The groups with YW could reduce the decrement of the number of WBC, RBC, PLT and HGB which were caused by CTX, the effect of the lost polysaccharide group was better than decoction group, the polysaccharide group had the least effect; The groups with YW could reduce the augment of the value of serum ALT , the high dosage of the lost polysaccharide group and decoction group had the best effect; The groups with YW could increase the percentage of phagocyte in the abdomen , advance the formations of hemolysin and promote the lymphoyte transformation and the polysaccharide group showed the best effect.Conclusions: YW and its efficient ingredients could decrease toxic reactions ofchemotherapy and the lost polysaccharide part had the best effect; YW and its efficient ingredients could improve the immunity of mice and the polysaccharide parthad the best effect; The compound of YW was precise and scientific.
