Objective:To exploe the changes of incidence age trend of patients with cervical cancer in Yanbian Area.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 461 cases with cervical cancer in different time period, ages groups and two different nationalities during current 20 years diagnosed by pathology.Results: From 1985 to 1994 the incidence of cervical cancer was no significant change,but since 1995 the incidence of cervical cancer was significantly increased in two nationality, In the Korean was increased 4 time and 3 time in Han,respectively.The ratio of cervical cancer in Korean was increased to 40.37% at present from 16.39% and decreased to 59.36% at present from 83.61% in Han during period from 1985 to 1989. The peack age of incidence with cervical cancer had been declined to 41-50 years old group at present from 61-70 years old group during period from 1985 to 1994(P<0.001).The mean age at diagnosis was declined to 46.32 years old at present from 59.30 years old in Korean, and to 47.49 years old at present from 60.43 years old in Han during period from 1985 to 1994(P<0.001). The constituent ratio of patients under 35years old with cervical cancer rose to 12.11% at present from 1.64% during period from 1985 to 1989.Coclution: Since 1995 the incidence of cervical cancer was significantly increased in two nationality. The ratio of cervical cancer was increased in Korean, and decreased in Han.The mean age of incidence was declined and the peak of age incidence with cervical cancer had been reduced, the incidence of cervical cancer in yang women was increased in two nationalities.The squamous cell carcinomas were main histologic type in cervical cancer.
