Objective: To explore the risk factor of no-reflow phenmenon in coronary disease (CAD) patients after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), so to supply the evidences for prevention/treatment no-reflow phenomenon. Methods: Sixty-two CAD patients after PTCA were selected .The data of the subjects was used for analysis. Results:Univatiate analysis indicates that: alcohol intake, lower age, myocardial infarction ,and angina no less 30 days before PTCA, Hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesterolaemia, high level of serum fibrinogen were significantly related to the development of the "no-reflow phenomenon" (p<0.05). Results of logistic regressive analysis demonstrate that myocardial infarction , hypertriglyceridemia , angina no less 30 days before PCI was the risk strongly related to the phenomenon, the OR were 12.607, 11.145, 4.361 respectively. Conclusion: Development of this phenomenon were significantly related to myocardial infarction, and angina no less 30 days before PTCA, hypertriglyceridemia et al.
