Suanzaoren Decoction (SD) derived from the Jinkui Yaolue-Medical Treasures of the Golden Chamber which was written by jingzhong Zhang. It is composed of Ziziphus jujuba Mill.var.spinosa Hu ex H.F.chou,Poria cocos (Schw. ) Wolf. ,Anemarrhema asphodeloides Bge. , Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,etc.It is used primarily in the treatment of neurasthenic which be caused by the deficiency of the liver blood and the internal disturbance of deficiency-heat, can clinically do obstinate insomnia a power of good.Ziziphus jujuba Mill.var.spinosa Hu ex H.F.chou is the monarch drug in the prescription, sweet ,can help build the liver, calm the mind, arresting sweating and promote secretion.First, we carried on the GC-MS research of the ingredients about Suanzaoren Decoction, Ziziphus jujuba Mill. And Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort which were extracted by SFE and SDE .Through comparing with the standard gallery, 37 compounds were appraised such as 2,4-Decadienal,Hexadecanoic acid methyl ester ,Tetradecanoic acid, Hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester, 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid , 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid methyl ester ,9-Octadecenoic acid,9-Octadecenoic acid methyl ester, Octadecanoic acid ethyl ester, 3-butylidene-phthalide,3 N butyl phthalide, Octadecanoic acid ethyl ester, ethyl linoleate linoleic acid, Heptadecanoic acid ethyl ester etc. Among those, 2,4-Decadienal, Hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester and Hexadecanoic acid methyl ester were found from the oil in Ziziphus jujuba Mill. and 8 compounds such as 4-methyl-3-cyclohexen -1-ol etc. were also found in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort oil for the first time. Except that ,we found the relative content of Tetradecanoic acids 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid in Suanzaoren Dococton were lower than in Ziziphus jujuba Mill. The relative content of Tetradecanoic acid and 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid in Ziziphus jujuba Mill. toned up after being fried.pharmacological research showed the mainly active fraction is saponin and oil in Ziziphus jujuba Mill . The fingerprint on saponin and oil was studied by HPLC-ELSD and GC , with the result that 15 peaks and 12 peaks were common respectively. The method is stable, well repeated and may offer abundant scientific basis of the quality evaluation of Ziziphus jujuba Mill.Based on the study of fingerprint ,the compare of simple recipes and Suanzaoren Decoction were carried on, which can preliminarily estimate the origincomponents of Suanzaoren Decoction. Sequentially, such research can provide a definite gist for discussing whether and how the components change when they are extracted together.In order to probe into the distributing of the effective composition from Suanzaoren Decoction and Ziziphus jujuba Mill, we have detected the ingredients in the rat serum which contains saponin. The result showed that 9 main spectrums were detected in the serum of principles I ,in which the spectrum at 33.256 min was in conformity with jujuboside A. Such research can provide reference for the compositional basis of the Suanzaoren Decoction exploration.Except that ,we have made quantitative analysis of jujuboside A in Suanzaoren Decoction and Ziziphus jujuba Mill.. The method determined by the mainly active constituent - jujuboside A was highly sensitive, well repeated and promisingly reliable. The study showed that the content of jujuboside A in Suanzaoren Dococton was higher than in Ziziphus jujuba Mill. thereby indicate when the Suanzaoren Dococton was extracted together ,the components in it dissolved more easier.
