Objective: To evaluate the operative effection of expanded sternal excision and organic-glass-repairing.Methods: Eight patients with sternal tumor underwent expanded sternal excision and organic-glass-repairing.Result: No complications were found postoperatively. All patients followed up for more than one year recovered well and had normal respiratory function.Conclusion: Expanded sternal excision and organic-glass-repairing was effective in preventing relapse postoperatively and restoring the stability of thorax.
