The Expression Of GDNF In Local Cerebral Ischemic Rat With The Treatment Of Injecting Bone Marrow Stromal Cells Venously

ObjectiveThe objective of this article is to test the expression of glial derived neuro-trophic factor (GDNF) in local cerebral ischemic rat with the treatment of bone marrow stromal cells (BMSC) intravenously and to discuss the role of BMSC in local cerebral ischemic as well as its possible mechanism .Methods45 healthy male or female Wistar rats were divided randomly into BMSC group (treated group) ,NS group (trial control group) and blank control group . BMSC were isolated and cultivated by Fridenshtein method, then identified by immunohistochemistry. The rat modal of middle cerebral artery occlusion ( MCAO) for one hour was made by advanced Longa suture technighe. 24 hours later,the treated group was injected with 3 x 106 BMSC marked by BrdU,NS group was injected with NS and blank group wasn' t injected. Immunohisto-chemistry was used to test and identify GDNF and the expression of BrdU positive intracranial cells .
