Exact movement at will needs not only the control from nerve, but also the good healthiness and correspond of bones and muscles. The tendon acts a key role in transfer the flex movement from muscle and in driving the bones. It is obvious that the tendon acts an important role.It is often happened that the tendon was hurt. And in recent years, the tendon lesions is more and more happening. So,the problems how to accelerate the tendon's healing and prevent its lesions have drow more and more attention. In past researches, growth factors have the function to accelerate healing for many tissues including the tendon. But they often focus on the tendon cells' culture and differentiation, which are often in tubes. There is little about how is the growth factors'action in the animal. There is little about the expression of growth factors, the rules of the tendon's healing and the relation between factors and healingl. The research of expression of IGF-1 and PDGF after the tendon's lesions will be helpful to discover the healing rules, and ofter the theory to prevent and treat the scar healing and adhesion after operations. In order to test the expression of IGF-1 and PDGF inside and outside the tendon after its lesions, and if there is the growth factors from other tissues,we examine the expression of IGF- I and PDGF inside and outside the tendon with...
