Typing Related Factors Of Branchiectasis Hemoptysis

Objective:To explore Typing related factors of Branchiectasis Hemoptysis.Methods:Total cases of 200 that are from Clinic were analyzed. To record it' s general information and blood analysis, biochemistry index, index of liver and kidney function test. Employ Logistic forward regression analysis to analyze the correlation between indexes above-mentioned and Typing. Then undertake independent-samples t test.Results:Logistic regression includes four equation, sum totalleucocyte (WBC) and percent of neutrophil (NEU%) have positive correlation with"phlegm-heat in the lung symptoms" .Total erythrocyte(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) have positive correlation with"hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency" . Percent of neutrophil (NEU%)and serum creatinine(CREA) have negative correlation with "hyperactiveliver-qi attacking lung" .Total leucocyte(WBC), serum total protein(TP) havepositive correlation and serum creatinine(CREA) has negative correlation with"blood stasis due to deficiency of qi" .T test has same result.Conclusion:It' s regarded that WBC, NEU%, RBC, CREA, AST, TP have better Typing value.
