Clinical Research On XueFu Zhuyu Decoction Treating Qi-stagnation Induced Blood-stasis Type Insomnia

In the research we reviewed the modern reference and ancient literature. Based on systematically review and many years clinical experience of Pro. Yandexin and my tutor Pro. Yangzhimin, the theory of treating Insomnia from Qi-Blood maladjustment was put forwand, and the Clinical research on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction treating Qi-stagnation Induced Blood-stasis type Insomnia was studied. The former research proved the theory of treating Insomnia from Qi-Blood maladjustment.Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction treating Qi-stagnation Induced Blood-stasis type Insomnia compared with Surazepam with random clinical research method.Method: Randomly divide 89 patients with Qi-stagnation Induced Blood-stasis type Insomnia into two groups which the Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group included 44 patients and the Surazepam group included 45 patients. And the first group is the treatment and the second group is the control group. The treatment group patients take the Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and the control group take Surazepam before sleeping. Evaluate the clinical efficacy with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and Doctrine Clinical Study of Traditional Chinese New Drug Curing to Insomnia before therapy and the 4th week, the 8th week taking the medicine. Evaluate the side effect with TESS. After collecting the data, record the data, analyze with SPSS 10.0 statistic softy-ware.Results: There is comparability of two group of the sex, age, duration and the value of PSQI before therapy.
