Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Additional Prescription In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Insomnia Clinical Research

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on insomnia with internal obstruction of blood stasis,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of insomnia.MethodsFrom May 2017 to January 2018,70 cases of insomnia with internal obstruction of blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 33)and control group(n = 33)from the Department of Encephalopathy,third affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The treatment group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,while the control group was treated with estazolam tablet for 2 weeks.After treatment,the changes of PSQI index and PSQI scores were compared between the two groups of patients with TCM blood stasis syndrome symptom classification and quantification table,and the safety of the patients during the period of taking medicine was tested.Result1 Before treatment,gender,age,course of disease,scores of TCM blood stasis symptom classification and quantification table,Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index(Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index)and each component score were analyzed statistically.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),which indicated that the two groups of data could be compared.2 After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.93 and the total effective rate in the control group was 72.72.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which indicated that the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction was better than that of eszolam.3 Blood stasis symptoms quantitative grading scores compare group after treatment: the treatment group blood stasis symptoms quantitative grading scores were significantly lower than those before treatment group;blood stasis symptoms quantitative grading scores significantly decreased compared with the control,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of symptom classification of blood stasis syndrome in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Comparison of PSQI score after treatment group comparison: treatment group than before treatment PSQI score PSQI score decreased significantly,the treatment group PSQI of each component score was decreased;the control group than before treatment PSQI score and PSQI score decreased significantly;the control group PSQI of each component score was decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups: the PSQI score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the scores of PSQI components in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the PSQI scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion1 Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction additional prescription in treatment of blood stasis type insomnia was exact efficacy observed in two cycles,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction additional prescription is better than Estazolam Tablets;2 Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction additional prescription significantly reduce the efficacy of TCM symptom scores,PSQI index score,significantly better than Estazolam Tablets;3 No obvious adverse reaction in Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction additional prescription,Good security.
