To Explore The Relationship Between Serum Leptin Change And Malnutrition And Different Syndromes Of TCM In Chronic Renal Failure Patients

Objective:To Explore the Relationship between Serum Leptin Change and Malnutrition and different syndromes of TCM in chronic Renal Failure Patients. Methode:According to the diagnostic criterion and syndrome differentiation stadard of TCM, 84 CRF patients were enrolled, which devided into no dialysis group (ND 52), hemodialysis group(HD 24) and peritoneal dialysis group(PD 8). In the light of the syndrome differentiation stadard of TCM, ND group included 28 QI deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney patients, 6 YANG deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney patients, 6 YING deficiency syndrome of liver and kidney patients, 8 QI and YING deficiency syndrome patients, 4 YING and YANG deficiency syndrome.35 healthy subjects as contol were enrolled in the study. There was no statistic significance when the common datas(including age, sex, weight, BMI) were compared between the three CRF groups and control group(P>0. 05). The treatment measurements before bringing in included lowering blood preasure, contolling heart failure, correcting the disorder of water, electrolyte and acid-base disturbance, and controlling the infection etc. The dialysis patients shoud be dialysised adequately and no water or sodium cumulated. Serum leptin level was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and serum albumine, prealbumine, transferring was detected by immune nephelometery, and other serum parameters such as creatinine(Scr), urea nitrogen(BUN),C— reaction protein(CRP), hemoglobin(Hb) were also detected.
