The Investigation Of Clinic Features Of IBD Inpatients In Qingdao

Objective Investigating the clinic features of inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD) in Qingdao reigon so as to improve the clinic diagnosis and treatment of IBD. Methods Acording to the diagnostic critera of ulcerative colitis(UC) and Crohn's disease(CD) that were established in the national seminar about chronic non-infectious intestinal in 1993, 514 inpatients of IBD in Qingdao during recent 10 years were analyzed statistically with the clinical, endoscope and pathohistoloic examination.Results UC 486,CD28, the results of the statistic analysis shows that : there is not much difference between UC and CD on general deta, such as gender , smoke and alcohol, inducement, allergic history and distribution in country and city .Both UC and CD is chronic course of diseases and reapeated paroxysm.The diagnostic age of CD is obviously younger than that of UC(P<0.05). The incidential rate of concomitant or non-enteric symptoms of CD is higher than UC(P<0.05).In most cases, left side and farther part of colon were regularly involed with UC(72.43%) and most of the clinic symptoms are not too bad(81.48%), while ileum and colon(71.43%)are mostly involved in CD .Conclusion The trend for the incidences of IBD is gradually climbing during these years in Qingdao, especially after 2000. In total, the clinic state of IBD is relatively gentle, while the clinical reatures reveal no much difference between deta from Asian and European.
