Obstractive To understand the infection of HPV16/18, and the expression of HSP70,P53, and c-myc protein in cancer in situ(CIS),cervical carcinomas(CC) and normal cervical tissues.To analyse the potential pathogenic role of HPV16/18 infection and HSP70,P53 and c-myc protein in oncogenesis and development of cervical cancers.To explore the relationship among HSP70,P53 and c-myc in development of cervical cancer.Methods HPV16/18 DNA was tested in CINlII,cervical carcinomas and normal cervical tissues by PCR,and the expression of HSP70,P53 and c-myc protein was examined by immunohistochemistry method respectively.Results (1)The infection rate of HPV 16/18 in CIS and CC was higher than in normal cervical tissue; statistically there was no difference between CIS and CC (2)The expression of HSP70 protein in HPV-DNA positive group is greater than in HPV-DNA negative group; The expression of HSP70 protein in CC and CIS is greater than in normal cervical tissue(3)The expression of P53 protein in HPV-DNA negative group is greater than in HPV-DNA positive group; The expression of P53 protein in CC and CIS is greater than in normal cervical tissue (4)The expression of c-myc protein in CC and CIS is greater than in normal cervical tissue (5) There was positive correlation between HSP70 and P53 protein expression and positivecorrelation between HSP70 and c-myc protein expression. There was no relationshin between P53 and c-myc protein expression.Conclusion (1)The infection of HPV 16/18 is closely related to oncogenesis of cervical cancer (2)HSP70 is overxpression in CC (3)HSP70 act as a molecular chaperones to stable P53 and c-myc protein...
