Objective The purposes of this article are to analyze the quantity, variety and structure of the pregnant woman's nutrition knowing the relation between her newborn weights and to enhance the guidance to the pregnant woman's alimentation, preventing large birth weight- giant infants(LBG) and low birth weight infants(LBW).Methods Adopting detailed table registration, questionnaire, physical examinations and laboratory tests, 305 cases of pregnant women with complete pre-birth periodical examination were chosen to set tracking archives respectively recording the quantity and variety of the food that each pregnant woman had eaten within the 72 hours respectively in the metaphase and later phase of her pregnancy. The babies was divided into 3 groups according to their weights. Among them there were LBG with 4 000g ,normal-weight babies with 2 5003 999g and LBW with less 2 500g. Finally the NCCW software was used to analyze and calculate the average amount of calories and nutrition each pregnant woman had got every day having a comparison with the Chinese DIRs. The normal-weight baby mother's nutritious standards were used to analyze the nutritious status of the two groups (both the LBW and LBG) in the way of liner analysis and non-condition logistic tropic analysis to describe the affecting factors which were related to the weight of newborn babies.Results(1)According to Chinese DRIs(2000) the average amount of calories and protein, fat, VitA, VitB1, VitC, Mg, Ca which the normal-weight baby mothers had took in from the food were much more than that of LBW and much less than that of LBG.(2)In the metaphase of pregnancy the difference of calories and nutritions between the LBW group and the normal-weight group were not distinct. In the later phase between the two groups the difference of calories, fat, VitA, VitB2, VitC, Mg and Ca were distinct. And those of the LBW group were much less than those of the normal-weight group.(3)In the metaphase and later phase of pregnancy the amount of calories and protein, carbohydrate, VitB1, VitB2, VPP, Cu, Zn that LBG group took in were much more than the normal-weight group. And the difference was distinct, while in the three groups the difference between the metaphase and later phase were not distinct.?In the metaphase of the pregnancy the amount of calories and protein, VitBi, VitB2, Mg that LBW group had took in were much less than those of the LBG group. In the later phase of the pregnancy the amount of all nutrition except for Fe that LBW had took in were lower than those of LBG.(5)In the metaphase and later phase of the pregnancy the nutritious structures of three groups were almost coincident.?Analyzing the nutrition and newborn birth weights in the way of liner analysis, it showed that NBW were positive correlated with the amount of the calories, protein, fat, carbohydrate, VitBi, VitB2, VitC, VitE, VPP, Mg, Cu, Ca and Zn which the pregnant women had took in every day.?Analyzing the nutrition and LBG group in the way of non-condition logistic tropic analysis to describe the affecting factors which are related to the weight of newborn babies showed that the amount of the carbohydrate which the pregnant woman in the metaphase and later phase had took in every day were positive correlated with the rate of LBG.ConclusionCDNBW were positive correlated with the amout of the calories, protein, fat, VitA, VitB2, VitC, Mg, Ca which pregnant women had took in every day from the food .Comparing with the Chinese DRIs, it was suitable for each of the normal-weight baby'mother to take in 2200 kcal every day.Too much or less nutrition would be harmful to their babies' weight.?Comparing with the calories and nutritions which pregnant women had took in from the food between the LBW group and the normal-weight group showed that low birth weight were closely correlated with the nutritions which pregnant women had took in in the later phase o?In the metaphase and later phase of pregnancy the amount of calories and protein, carbohydrate, VitBi, VitB2, VPP, Cu, Zn that LBG group took in were much more than the normal-weight group. That is to say, in the metaphase and later phase of pregnancy mothers who took in too much calories and nutrition would probably born LBG.?Analyzing the nutrition and LBG in the way of non-condition logistic tropic analysis to describe that to the pregnant women in the metaphase and later phase too much carbohydrate was the risk factor to the LBGo...
