Comparative Clinical Study Of Analgesic Medicine After Arthroscopic Operation

Objective: To search for the method of intra-articular medicine, which can get better satisfaction analgesia after arthroscopic operation. Method: randomly and single-blindly. 160 patients were classified into eight groups randomly according to random table. After operation on knees with arthroscopy, the knee joints were injected hyaluronic acid (HA) 2ml, DXM 5mg, 75%bupivicaine 5ml, Morphine 1mg(with injective water 5ml), HA 2ml added DXM 5mg, HA 2ml added 75%bupivicaine 5ml, HA 2ml added morphine 1mg(with injective water 5ml), normal saline 5ml respectively from group1 to group8. The group8 was control group. According to the pathologic conditions in the knee joints, the medicine were injected properly through different parts of the knee joints. Thus the medicine gathered in the pathological part in the joint and did help for recover. At the 8th, 24th and 48th hour after the operation, all patients were estimated by the VAS, and the consumption of Dolantin was recorded, then statistics of the all data were done with spss10.0. Result: After the operation, the statistic of group8 and group7 and group4,5,6 and group1,2,3 were different at the 8th, in the other words the group1 to group7 got some analgesia, moreover the group of HA added morphine got the best analgesic at the 8th .At the 24th after the operation,the statistic of group8 and group7 and group1,3,4,5,6 and group2 were different, in the other words the group1 to group7 all got some analgesia, and the group of HA added morphine got the best analgesic at 24th hour, and the statistic of the eight groups were not diffrent at the 48th hour, meaning the 8 groups got the almost same result at the 48th hour. In 24hours after the operation, the statistic of consumption of Dolantin among the eight groups were not different. After 24hours, all groups didn't consume Dolantin because of pain being slight. Conclusion: HA added morphine being injected into joint can get the best analgesic after operation of arthroscopy. And according to the HA can supply the joint for the normal composition of the synovia in time and also can accelerate the recovery of cartilage, the conclusion can be drawn that HA added morphine can not only get the best analgesic, but also do help for recovery. So it is a good method and can be used widely in clinical practice.
