Clinical Evaluation Of Treatment Of Intra-Articular With Xiangdan Injection To Koa Treated By Arthroscopic

Objective:To study the evaluation of intra-articular with Xiangdan injection,after the treatment of Arthroscopic Surgery treatment of knee osteoarthritis,for knee osteoarthritis treatment to find a safe, effective and economic ways.Method:40 cases of patients with KOA was selected from December 2006 to December 2008 period,from Orthopedic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang TCM University.These patients was divided into treatment group and control group,with open,fair and the principle of random.All the patients with the treatment of arthroscopic debridement for articular cavity firstly,then treatment group injected xiangdan injection to intra-articular.All cases registrated the basic situation,treated systematic,strict periodic followed-up and reviewed.Finally,Analysis and comparison of two different treatment programs,evaluated the efficacy.Results:Two types of treatment programs for knee osteoarthritis had a clear effect.However,their efficacy assessment was significant difference(p＜0.05 ).two groups of quantitative indicators for evaluation of knee function score were significantly different(P＜0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment to quantify knee function score improved compared with before treatment were significantly different(P＜0.05),Between the two groups after treatment and clinical observation of indicators were significantly different(P＜0.05).Conclusion:After arthroscopic,Xiangdan injection intra-articular injection of early intervention,could effectively alleviate the swelling after surgery in patients with an effective delay the disease process.
