The Radioimmunoassay Observation For 6-Keto-PGF1α And TXB₂ In The Treatment Of The Imitated Cervical Radiculoneuritis With Chinese Medicinal Herbs Decoction

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicinal herbs decoction, Jingyaotong No 1 (JYT-1) to the 6-Keto-PGF1 α and TXB₂ of imirated cervical radiculoneuritis rat's blood under the radioimmunoasay.Methods:40 Wistar rats were operated for modelling imitated cervical radiculoneuritis and then divied into 4 groups:moderate and high dosaage JYT-1 groups, orally given moderate dosage or hign dosage JYT-1 once per day;Jingfukang a ertberapeutic Chinese herbs in treating radiculoneuritis and blank control group,given water only 14 days after operation, the blood were taken out for radiculoneuritid observation.Result:The JYT-1 with two dosages could obviously alleviate the content of 6-Keto-PGF1α in the blood.Conclusion:JYT-1 can alleviate inflammatory reaction, inhibit inflammation of the imitated cervical extravasated blood.
