Objiective To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion(HP) on Inter-keulin-6(IL-6), Tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a) , C-reactive protein(CRP) and Interkeulin-1β (IL-1β) in hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Methods To compare the difference of IL-6, TNF-α , CRP and IL-1 β before and after the treatment of combined hemodialysis-hemoperfusion or hemodialysis in 80 hemodialysis patients with ESRD.Results The levels of IL-6 and TNF- α in serum are higher in patients with ESRD.and the level of CRP is higher in part of them. The levels of IL-6 , TNF- α and CRP in serum decreased after the treatment of combined hemodialysis-hemoperfusion (24.07+13.95pg/ml, 41.53 ±25.83 pg/ml, 1.49± 1.26mg/l) and increased after hemodialysis (3.30±2.41pg/ml, 8.88 + 5.36 pg/ml, 0.56 + 0.50mg/l). There was significant different (P<0.05) between two groups in the changes of the levels of IL-6 , TNF- a in serum. Conclusion Hemoperfusion can decrease the levels of IL-6, TNF- α and CRP in serum in hemodialysis patients.
