IntroductionRecent studies have investigated, various severe injuries can cause a SIRS which can lead to ALI . Among those injuries , the infection is most common cause of ALI. . Numerous experiments have demonstrated a c rrelation between NF-кB and inflammatory response reaction. Gene expression of various inflammatory cytokines and mediators ( TNF,IL-1, ICAM-1 ,VCAM) has mono or multiple kB sequence , and then activated NF-кB to transcript the gene expression of those cytokines and mediators. Thus ,to find the inhibition of the activity NF-кB is might be best way to block inflammatory cascade and prevent endothelial damage. We observed influence of activity NF-кB to expression of ICAM-1 ,P-Selec-tin in murine Acute Lung injury and asses the beneficial effect of . low molecular weight heparin ( LMWH) and aspirin ( ASA).ObjectiveTo investigate the possible effects of nuclear factor-кB ( NF-кB ) activation on the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and P-selectin in murine acute lung injury (ALI) and assess the protective effects and mechanisms of low molecular weight heparin ( LMWH) and aspirin ( ASA).MethodsRat ALI model was established by injection of lipopolysaccharide into tail...
