Psoriasis is a common chronic disease, but why it comes is still uncertain as yet. It is founded comes on mainly with the under foctors: heredity, infection, immunity, mental, endocrine, traumas, diet and abnormal at metabolism. In clinical psoriasis is classified into four maily types of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM):wind-heat and blood dryness,blood deficiency and wind-dryness, blood stasis on muscle and skin> wetness-heat choke in meridian.Objective: To study the relationship between symptoms of TCM and the level of immunoglobulin of the patients suffering from psoriasis. Method: All data comes from in-patients of the No. 1 teaching hospital of the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Compare the symptoms of TCM and the level of immunoglobulin of the patients suffering from psoriasis, to find out whether there is relationship between them. The statistics are done by SPSS10.0 software and t test. Result:64 cases were collected, including 52 males and 12 females. There is no visible difference between the four symptoms of TCM by testing IgG> IgA and IgM, there is visible difference between wetness-heat choke in meridian symptom and the other three symptoms of TCM by testing IgE, but no visible difference between the other three symptoms of TCM. Conclusion:The level of IgE of the patients of wetness-heat choke in meridian symptom is much higher than the other three symptoms of TCM, but there is no meaning in the changing of the level of IgG> IgA and IgM. There is no meaning in the changing of the level of immunoglobulin at the other three symptoms of TCM either.The study preliminarily shows the correlation between symptoms of TCM and the level of immunoglobulin of...
