Objective:To study the relationship between symptoms of TCM and the levelof Th1/Th2 of patients wth psoriasis vulgaris.Method:Through the differationation of symptoms and signs, the patients with psoriasis vulgaris were classified into the syndrome of blood-heat and wind sufficiency,blood-heat stasis on muscle and skin, blood deficiency and wind-dryness,detecting respectively the level of Th1/Th2(TNF-α,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-8) of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris and normal people(30 cases) which is control class to study the relationship between symptoms of TCM and cytokine.Result: There is significant difference in the four teams by testing TNF-αandIL-8,excluding the comparison berween blood deficiency and wind-dryness and nomal people; There is remarkable difference between the four teams by testing IL-4;there is no significant difference between the four teams by testing IL-2 and IL-6.Conclusion:patients with psoriasis vulgaris exist immune disorders, which are different from control class, cytokine (TNF-α,IL-8) mediated by Th1 are predominant in the syndrome of blood-heat and wind sufficiency, which have significant difference in blood-heat stasis on muscle and skin, blood deficiency and wind-dryness.cytokine(IL-4) mediated by Th2 are predominant in the syndrome of blood-heat stasis on muscle and skin, which have significant difference in blood-heat and wind sufficiency, blood deficiency and wind-dryness.
