Objective:TO observe the change in tongue coating microecology of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome of the chronic superficial gastritis, study the relativity of the change in tongue coating microecology with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome and diarrhea, further study the occurrence mechanism of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome.Method:Select 40 cases of chronic superficial gastritis patients, among them 20 cases were spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome, 20 cases were spleen deficiency, and establish 10 cases of health adult. Use precise PH worth to examine tongue coating' s PH, dye the tongue coating picture with Gram Stain, examine the tongue coating of bacterium proportion, population density, population diversity, observe the change in tongue coating microecology.Result:1. The relationship between chronic superficial gastritis and tongue coating microecology:1)G+ bacillus decreased(P<0. 01) , G- bacillus increased (P<0. 01), G+ coccus decreased(P<0.01), compared with the control groud. 2) Bacterium population density, population diversity of tongue coating is increased(P<0. 05), compared with the control groud. 3)Tongue coating PH has no obvious difference compared with the control group (P<0.05).2. The relationship between spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome of the chronic superficial gastritis and tongue coating microecology:1)Spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome G+ bacillus decreased(P<0.01), G- bacillus increased(P<0. 01), G+ coccus decreased(P<0. 01), compared with the control groud;and G+ bacillus decreased(P<0. 01), G- bacillus decreased(P<0.01), G+ coccus increased(P<0. 01), compared with the spleen deficiency groud, but G-coccus has no obvious difference compared with the normad group and the spleen deficiency groud (P<0.05). 2) Bacterium population density , population diversity of tongue coating is increased(P<0.05), compared with the control...
