| Objectives : The aim of study was to explore the relationship of Male Osteoporosis and Nitrogen monoxide, To provide the foundation on the pathological mechanism of male osteoporosis and it's syndrome types as well as illustrate the essence of differentiation of syndromes at microcosmic level.Method : 39 cases of male patients from Affiliated Orthopedics Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were measured serum level of Estrogen, testosterone Nitrogen monoxide(NO),and bone mineral density ,and diagnosis their TCM syndromes type according to the principle of the differentiation of syndromes,SPSS 11.5 software was applied to analyze their correlations and distinct differencesResults : (1)the result of correlative analysis between the age and serum level of testosterone,the correlation coefficient r=-0.096, the scatter diagram showed that the serum level of T had tendency of decreasing along with the increasing of the age,which indicated negative correlation between them;(2) the result of correlative analysis between the age and Estrogen, P< 0.05, the correlation coefficient r=0.374, the scatter diagram showed that the curve of Estrogen had marked tendency of increasing along with the increasing of the age,which indicated significant positive correlation between them;(3) the result of correlative analysis between the testosterone and Estrogen, P<0.05, the correlation coefficient r=0.388, the scatter diagram showed that the curve of testosterone had marked tendency of increasing along with the increasing of the Estrogen,which indicated significant positive correlation between them; (4)the result of correlative analysis between the age and serum level of Nitrogen monoxide,the correlation coefficient r= -0.099, the scatter diagram showed that the serum level of NO had tendency of decreasing along with the increasing of the age,which indicated negative correlation between them(5)the result of correlative analysis between the level of NO and serum level of testosterone,the... |
