Objective To study cardiac function change of the cirrhosis patients with viral hepatitis B Methods A total of 46 patients with the cirrhosis after the viral hepatitis B and 30 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B were studied by color Doppler echocardiography, using statistics analysis, left ventricular systolic function and ejection function were evaluated by left ventricular end-systolic volume .and left ventricular end-diastolic volume .Left ventricular diastolic function was evaluated by the peak filling velocity of E wave (V_E) and A wave (Va) E/A ratio, the deceleration time of E wave (DT), the left ventricular isovolumic relaxation time (IVRT) . Ventriculus dexter cordis function was evaluated by detecting end-diastolic volume, ventricular fluxion width . electrocardiograms were measured by routine methods. Results .There was not significant difference in systolic function and ejection function (p>0.05) between the posthepatitic cirrhosis of hepatic function A patients and chronic viral hepatitis B. But posthepatitic cirrhosis patients' experienced flailing in diastolic function. There was not significant difference in systolic function and ejection function (p>0.05) between the posthepatitic cirrhosis of hepatic function B, C patients and chronic viral hepatitis B..and the posthepatitic patients in diastolic function showed more serious (p<0.05)than cirrhotic patients. Ventricular dexter cordis end-diastolic volume (20.0 + 1.78mm) was higher than that of chronic viral hepatitis B (17.10±2.78mm)(p<0.05) Ventricular dexter cordis fluxion width(31.33±4.44mm)was higher than that of chronic viral hepatitis B patients (28.97 +2.54mm) p<0.05 .It was also observed that cirrhosis child-pugh grading, the higherratio the abnormal electrocardiogram. There was difference between child-pugh grades at different levels. The posthepatitic cirrhosis patients electrocardiogram was appearance Q—T lengthens, limbs slow votage and ST section/T S wave change. Conclusions Hyperdynamic circulation of the posthepatitic cirrhosis generated...
