Object :To study the effect of Savia miltiorrhiza Bge , Astragalus membranaceus Bge , Epimedium gradiflorum Morr and interaction of those drugs and optimum combination in CCI4 Rats.Method: 48 wistar male rats were divided into there groups at random normal group (N=8), model group(N=8), and experimental group(N=32). Wistar rats were modeled by subcutaneous injection of CCI4 and high fat low protein forage for orthotonal test , 3 factor(3herbal ingredients) 2 levels (high dose and low dose)and first class interaction. After modeling ,the rats were subdivided into 8 groups (N=4) based on L8(27) criterion of orthotonal design . Positive groups were given the same kinds of herb drugs with different dose 6 weeks after operation. Observe the change of ALT TBIL ALB HA LN PCâ…¢ IVC in blood and pathological change of liver.Result:HA in the blood of CCI4 rats was decreased markedly by high dose Savia miltiorrhiza Bge high dose Epimedium gradiflorum Morr or cooperation of the tow drugs. The function of high dose Savia miltiorrhiza Bgein in decreasing TBIL contents and ALT activity was remarkable . High dose Savia miltiorrhiza Bge and high dose Astragalus membranaceus Bge could remarkably elevate ALB contents and there is interaction in the tow drugs.Conclusion: The conclusion is that in the treatment of liver fibrosis inCCI4 rats, high dose Savia miltiorrhiza Bge and high dose Epimedium gradiflorum Morr can promote reversion of liver fibrosis...
