Objective:To discuss the clinicopathologic features of mycosis fungoidesMethods:we collected 22 cases of mycosis fungoides from 22 patients,All the specimen was fixed in 4 % liquer formaldehydi. The entire specimen was serially cut, processed routinely for paraffin embedding, and stained with hematoxylin eosin stains .Analysis the clinicopathology feature of mycosis fungoides.Result:In the 22 cases of mycosis fungoides patients, there were 16 man and 6 women, ranging in age from 2 years to 91years.The clinical manifestation was various and may be diagnosed as the other cases ,most of the cases had the symptoms of itch. The majar criterias of diagnosis in histopathology were expressed as follows : the stage of patch was difficul to diagnose,(the stage of plaque )the proliferation of the epidermis seemed to be irregular ;the infiltration of lymphocytes was lichenoid and band-shaped at dermopapillary layer; the lymphocyte infiltration tended towards cuticular layer. But the other histopathologic criterias were rare.(The tumor stages ):The lymphocytos were found in the further layer and had nucleis of allotypeThe rusult of immunohistochemistry :all cases were T-cell lymphomas. Conclusion:symptoms of mycosis fungoides were various .It may be easily be diagnosed as other conditions, pathologic magnification is important to diagnose this disease correctlyThe above three types are the basic pathological changes of the mycosis fungoideser ,due to the rareness of the allotype of nuclei,we may not diagnose it confidently,so it is helpful to use the methods of immunohistochemistry;mean-while ,you may learn to distinguish the mycosis fungoides from the other diseases.
